Go therefore and make disciples of all nations
Matthew 28:19
At CCP, we believe that we must go - to our community and to the world. We recognize the importance and impact of cross cultural ministries in two ways. CCP sends and cares for long-term overseas workers, and encourage short-term trips. Along with international outreach, CCP sees the cross-cultural impact here in our local and surrounding communities.
Local
We love the Prineville and Crook County areas! Even more, we love the people we call family, friends, and neighbors. Our outreach to them are often very organic and natural. Most often this is in our spheres of influence God has placed us in at work, home, and play. Other times it is reaching out and meeting immediate needs that are facing our community. At all times it is with great intentional care and prayer as we desire to see the souls in this area transformed by the Gospel!
Regional
Many of the members of Calvary Prineville have regular interaction with the rural folks in Crook County through the ranching and farming world. Regular service on various ranches provides opportunity to shine and share the light of Christ.
After some time of C4 Farm and Ranch Service pouring the love of Christ into Crook County, God has opened up a door for a church plant in Paulina, Or (about one hour east of Prineville). Calvary Chapel Paulina meets every Sunday at 4pm.

Global
From Genesis thru Revelation, the two bookends of Scripture, the story of God is that He would be praised by Redeeming men from their sin by the death of His son. Those redeemed would carry His story of Salvation to every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. Of the world's population, nearly half of its ethno-linguistic people groups are unreached with the Gospel of Jesus (UPG, less than 2% evangelical in that people group). Half of that number is unengaged-unreached people groups (UUPG) which means there is currently zero evangelistic efforts towards that people group.
Our vision is to obey the great commission by going, giving, praying, or encouraging evangelistic efforts to these unreached people groups of the world. Our main open door for this purpose is with the UUPG Tibetan Buddhists of the Himalayan Mountains.

Sensitive Locations
We have several missionaries we support in regions of the world where it would jeopardize their ministry and physical safety to publish their details online. Our missionaries serve in Nepal and countries completely closed to Christianity. To support these missionaries, please write "Nepal" or “Closed Countries” on your gift and place it in the offering boxes on Sundays.
